90-Day Satisfaction Promise — First Order Only
Your first purchase is backed by our 90-Day Satisfaction Promise. If you’re not satisfied within 90 days of delivery, contact us for a refund —even if the bottle is opened or empty.
Eligibility & Limitations
- The 90-day guarantee applies only to your first order of Elevate purchased directly from ANEW.
- Subsequent (repeat) orders are not covered by the 90-day guarantee.
- For repeat orders, returns are accepted only for unopened bottles within 30 days of delivery.
- Opened bottles from repeat orders cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
- Refunds are limited to one bottle per household for first-time orders.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@tryanew.com with your order number and reason for the request.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and issue a Return Authorization (RMA) if needed.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the return is received or verified.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping, after verification.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after receipt or confirmation. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.
Subscription Orders
- You can cancel or pause any time before the next renewal date from your account or by emailing support.
- Shipped renewals follow the same policy: unopened bottles may be returned within 30 days; opened bottles only if damaged or incorrect.
